I was really surprised to see this flower so big!
A couple of bees were visiting! This one will bear fruit; I can't wait to eat squash!
On the other side of the yard, I decided to try growing pole beans. It was a first for me because I usualy grow bush varieties. The variety is Kanawake beans and they are heirloom
and originally grown here in Quebec.I still don't have beans...But they're really growing !
Have a great friday and don't forget to participate in my B-Day Giveaway right here !
That is a huge squash bloom! Isn't is pretty and then will turn into something yummy to eat. Nature is amazing!
ReplyDeleteI hope you filled that blossom with cheese and fried it! Check out my blog for my tale of our blossoms this season.
ReplyDeleteWow, I had no luck growing much. Some herbs one tomato and a pepper. I havent grown anything in few years... I really miss the herbs
ReplyDeleteHomegrown is the best. The flower is pretty enough to put in a vase.
ReplyDeleteThanks for your crock pot help. I'm so useless in the kitchen, but I may just go out and buy a crock pot for the fall.
I just posted some info about the mixing bowl. It was made by the Hazel Atlas company. Have you heard of it before?
Hope you're well.
