Trophies!
I love these but we simply don't have room for them.
This dart trophy ashtray was the bomb, but seriously how many ashtrays can 2 non-smokers
have in their house? REALLY?
And it was $8.00.
Nice but no cigars...
This was a big Quebec singing star in the 50's & 60's.
I wanted one of those mini tvs sooooo bad.
I wonder what kind of shows I could tune in.
Last but not least replacement knitted cuffs.
WOW! Nowadays we usually just throw the garment out not repair it.
They're from East Orange NJ...cool
Well that's it for my trip to the Salavtion Army.
They are renovating and managed to get rid of their trademark smell (bastards)
We all know that the smell makes the shopping experience! That and finding prized treasures!
And as usual I nearly got in a fight. The Salvation Army on Notre-Dame street is head quarters to
loonyville....I don't always relate well to rude, crazed people.
Well it is that it is.
Be well, take care and have a nice week!

I don't like crazy people either. I always wanted one of those tvs too! I thought they were so cool. Cheers
The crazies! I was in a thrift, it's really, uh, small & the shelving is crowded. There was a large man (at least 350 pounds) on a rascal & a man & a woman were looking at stuff behind him on the shelf (about a foot & a half). The guy goes into reverse & rolls over his foot! The guy is in obvious pain, holding his foot, OUCH OUCH OUCH stuff & the guy in the rascal is yelling at him for standing behind him? IDK, why back up in your rascal in a store like that? You ride around in it all the time, I'm sure you're well aware that people stand behind you - that's why they are equipped with that noise thing (that trucks have). I think it's the same dude who was flipping out on people who wanted to test their electronics, but he had his rascal plugged into the wall because it was going to die & nobody could reach the outlet.
I would love to hear the crazy of the crazies. I wonder if I should do a shout on post?
Someone might post about me, I have acted crazy on occasion in a thrift store (SORRY!). Usually just the Goodwill by my house.
Oh, got the email, BTW. THANKS!!!
