The penguins are so cute! They remind me of Pinotte my tuxedo cat.
See?
In the same batch I also got these
These citrusy mugs
This AMAZING cookie tin
I also got a batch of vintage wrapping paper (Xmas) from Regal- Does that ring a bell to my canadian readers? i loved Regal (Primes de Luxe) I was sooo sad when they closed!
I also got some appetizer forks, a milk glass tumbler and some Phentex slippers (new).
We saw some Pyrex, but nothing really interesting
We had a ton of fun even if we didn't buy as much as last year. That is really what I love from these sales, you never know what you'll find!
Have a cool evening! :)

Summer is definitely the best time for buying Christmas items! Everyone is moving and doesn't want to think ahead to the winter months. I've found all my ornaments/xmas goodies at June/July garage sales. :)
I adore your penguins, how do you usually display your blow molds?
I usually place them in little tableaux outside. And I keep the small ones inside, but so far I only had one!
I can't wait to decorate for Xmas! But I'll enjoy summer first :)
Love those penguins!!! They are so cute!!! I used to sell Regal when I was young - it was so exciting when the orders would arrive and then I'd get to deliver - all those boxes of cards, personalized napkins, personalized pencils - all that great stuff!! There is still Regal online, I've checked it out, but it's just not the same.........
Great Christmas stuff, and I also really like the bright cheerful mugs!
Love the penguins! I need to start checking out thrift stores and the like ..
LOVE LOVE LOVE the Penguins! haha You really cleaned up at the basement sale!
My Grandmother always had a Regal catalogue at her place; I think she may have been a distributor.
And Phentex....now that's a blast from the past! So popular when I was growing up during the 70's - I had a beautiful poncho that my aunt crocheted for me, slippers, mittens, even hanger covers. I haven't seen any Phentex items for a long time but now, I bet that I will find some the next time I go thrifting!
